Refund Policy for Ye Olde Pinball Shoppe Clothing & Accessories

1. Introduction: Thank you for shopping at Ye Olde Pinball Shoppe.  We strive to offer the best quality pinball-themed clothing and accessories.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Returns:

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

  • Sale items can be refunded, but the refund amount will be based on the sale price at the time of purchase, less a 15% restocking fee.
     

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
     

4. Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error. For example, if you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping.
     

5. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us first to confirm the availability of the desired product.

  • Exchanges will be processed as a return and a new purchase. Return shipping costs will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
     

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate. In these cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
